Thank you for choosing Aztech AI. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best service experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@aztech.ai with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item or service, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that:

  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your payment provider.
  • For service-based purchases, refunds will be processed based on the portion of the service not yet delivered or used.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item or service for a different option, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items and Services

Certain items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Downloadable software products or digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
  • Personalized or custom-made items and services
  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Items or services purchased during special promotions where refunds were explicitly excluded

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, or if a service does not meet the specifications agreed upon, please contact us immediately at hello@aztech.ai. We will arrange for a replacement, fix the service, or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product/service availability.

Service Cancellation

For ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. Refunds for partial periods are not available unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, service not as described). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for pickup at our expense.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item or confirm the cancellation of a service. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If the refund still does not appear, please contact us at hello@aztech.ai and we will investigate.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and may pursue collection of the disputed amount. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
